After you click Review Your Requests you should get a pop up with all the titles you added, which you can modify

Your info "should" auto update the info fields with your account information. hence it will be blank and you will have to enter if you didn't log in or your running some non cache browser, like Incognito Chrome browser window.  However, if you are logged into the MMM shop and your information doesn't populate, please enter it and if you can please inform us.

After you submit your request, you should get an email confirmation. We will be notified as well. We will generate an invoice to you with a pay link, which you should receive notification via emai within a few days. Of course your not obligated to pay as prices and availability of our special order items change daily with the currency conversion & distro availability.​​
